It is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a picturesque, downtown neighborhood. This is the perfect vacation home – completely open concept with top-notch indoor/outdoor living. There is a wonderful screened in porch with room for dining, lounging, even sleeping; as well as an expansive back deck equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a hot tub!

The entire kitchen opens up to the screened in porch with a 20 foot wall of sliding doors. The porch has a sitting area, a dining table and a full-sized bed for those who like to fall asleep to the sounds of the forest. Indoor/outdoor living at it’s best! The porch opens up an expansive, brand new deck with a top tier outdoor kitchen as well as another sitting area and dining table. There is also a six person hot tub (3 years old). The home backs up to lovely woods, so both the screened porch and the deck are secluded and peaceful.
The first floor also includes a large master suite (California king bed), with a laundry room and a bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, soaking tub and a separate water closet.
The lower level is a large game room with a professional sized shuffle board table, a foosball table, darts and arcade-style basketball. There is also a couch with television and a separate game table for board games.
The second level has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have bathtub / shower combos. One bathroom is a Jack and Jill – between two of the bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed, one has a full (and a daybed) and one has a pull-out sofa (full).
