This bright & beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is located in Downtown Saratoga Springs near it all. A comfortably cozy home for guests of all ages!

It’s a 2-minute drive to Broadway (or 10-min walk) and a 5-min walk to the Beekman Arts District, lined with restaurants, bars and the occasional sidewalk art fair. You’ll be within a 5-min drive to Saratoga Racetrack, SPAC, Skidmore, Universal Preservation Hall, City Center, Farmer’s Markets and more. Stay here and you won’t need a car to explore the best restaurants, bars, boutiques, parks and incredible nightlife!

2 large bedrooms upstairs, each with two dressers and lots of closet space. You’ll find a Jack & Jill bathroom with double vanity and ample counter space. Please note: all guests will need to access the bathroom through either of the bedrooms (there’s no access from the hallway). One bedroom has a cozy workspace to give you a quiet space for creative moments. The other bedroom offers a meditation space so you can namaste your stay.  Optional crib set up for guests with little ones

Parking: There is one parking spot in the driveway and ample street parking is available for all guest vehicles on nearby side streets. Details on the best parking locations will be provided to guests after booking. Guests typically leave their cars parked at the house during their stay since Downtown is so walkable. Laundry will be shared with the back unit.
