Immaculate lakefront property located on Saratoga Lake. Studio apartment includes private entrance and is newly renovated. Your stay includes use of our private dock for swimming and fishing. Our neighborhood features a residents-only boat launch with space to store your trailer. You may use our dock for your boat. Patio area above dock for owners only but you’d have 24/7 access to dock. 5 min off I-87. 10 min to Saratoga. Direct tv with most movie channels. Perfect weekend getaway.

The space
Guest house studio apartment in separate building across from main house with a private entrance. 1 queen bed and 1 full size couch/futon. Guests can use our private dock for swimming and fishing. Patio area above dock is for owners only. The base of the dock has 3 lounge chairs for sunbathing and arrangements can be made to use that area depending on our schedule. Private parking lot for 2 guest cars. 2 water papasans (pool floats) also included for guests. We’d recommend water shoes for swimming as opposed to barefoot. Our unit is meticulously cleaned and disinfected after each use. House has Directv with plenty of sports and movie channels. Unit also has a Nintendo Wii with plenty of games and strong WiFi throughout the property. The apartment is connected to our whole-home reverse osmosis UV water filtration system, so throughout the apartment is bottle-quality water to drink, cook, and shower.

Guest access
Guests can access our private dock for swimming, fishing and dock their boat. Patio area above dock is for owners only.  We also have 2 water papasans (floats) for guests. Canoe has 2 life vests.
